Growing up in the industry there was an obvious lack in women behind the camera. I always felt outnumbered and promised to create more representation and diversity on set.
I host’s a bi-monthly event called ‘Women In Film’. The event champions some incredible female talent across the film and advertising industry.
Having more women in the crew feels essential to me. I want the work place to feel inclusive for all so I am always striving to create new opportunities and championing those voices who are in the minority.
